Our consignment options are the most environmentally friendly options, as reusing furniture has a much smaller carbon footprint than buying furniture new. While our website allows you to browse our in-store furniture selection, view our promotions, and get more information about our services, we constantly have revolving home decor that goes quickly and doesn’t get listed on our website. Definitely plan a time to visit our store to see our entire collection!

It depends on the piece. Boxed in-stock items can come back to our showroom for store credit within 7 days, as long as you still have the original packaging and the item is unused. Custom orders, consignment pieces, and floor models are final. We also offer our “If It Fits, It Sits” program, so you can take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days before you commit — ask us in the showroom. Full details are in our return policy.

Boxed in-stock items are returnable within 7 days for store credit (original packaging, unused). Custom orders, consignment, and floor models are final sale. If you’re stuck with a custom piece you can’t use, talk to us — some of our vendors will accept a return for a restocking fee they set, and we’ll make the call on your behalf and tell you what it would cost.

You bet! Delivery is FREE on orders $1,500+ within 20 miles of our Portland showroom, and $149 for orders under $1,500. Beyond 20 miles we add $2 per mile — enter your address on the cart page for an exact quote. Washington deliveries are fulfilled by our independent delivery partner, who will contact you directly to schedule. See our Delivery FAQ for full details.

We know furniture assembly can be an ordeal, so we offer our customers the option to purchase assembly services for most of our furniture. Chat with our staff for more information!

Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry — particularly in upholstery — offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is generally separate from structural coverage. If anything arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and follows it through.

Yes! We're opening a second showroom at 1040 NW Murray Blvd in Cedar Mill, August 1st, 2026. This newly renovated space will serve customers in Beaverton, Hillsboro, Bethany, Aloha, Tigard, and Portland's west side. In the meantime, our SE Portland showroom is a short drive from anywhere in the metro area.
