If you cancel a custom order, you forfeit 25% of the total purchase as a restocking fee. Sales on in-stock items are non-refundable.

We want all our customers to have some peace of mind when making furniture purchases, so we offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our furniture. Please read the warranty terms and conditions carefully, as there are some limitations and exclusions. Several of our sofa manufacturers have a lifetime warranty on their solid wood frames. Our store manager will happily provide you with more details if interested!
