How mileage works
Add $2 for each billed mile beyond 20 from our warehouse at 1011 SE Oak St, Portland. Road miles are rounded to the nearest five. Washington delivery is through our independent partner, and the free $1,500 tier applies in Oregon only. We confirm the final rate from your delivery address before scheduling.

Old furniture removal
We can take away one old piece for each new piece delivered. Ask for removal when you buy; items must be safe and sanitary. We donate them locally when possible.

Custom orders follow the maker's build time, typically 4–14 weeks. We'll arrange delivery after your piece arrives.

Can I get white-glove delivery outside Portland?
Yes. White-glove service is available anywhere we deliver, including Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tigard, and Washington.
Can I change my delivery date?
Call (503) 235-3454 by 3:00 PM the day before your delivery. After that, or if no one is home or ready at delivery, the delivery fee is not refunded and rescheduling is charged as a new delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday delivery is available with white-glove service. Contact us to schedule.
What if my home has stairs or tight access?
Let us know when you order. Difficult access can add a fee, and our team will confirm it before delivery.
