Delivery Rates

  • FREE on orders $1,500+ within 20 miles of our Portland showroom
  • $149 for orders under $1,500 within 20 miles
  • $2 per mile added beyond 20 miles — enter your address on the cart page for an exact quote
  • FREE anywhere in Oregon on orders $5,000+
  • Salem–Eugene corridor: free on orders $3,000+ via our scheduled route days

Washington Deliveries

$149 plus mileage beyond 20 miles, any order size. Washington deliveries are fulfilled by our independent delivery partner — after you order, they'll contact you directly to arrange a delivery day and time window that works for you.

Same-Day Delivery — $299

Available for in-stock items ordered by 1 PM, within our local delivery area. We'll call right away to confirm your window — if your order doesn't qualify, we'll let you know and refund the fee.

White-Glove Delivery

Placement in the room of your choice, full assembly and setup, and removal of all packaging and recycling. $158 for a sofa or loveseat · $45 per chair · $179 for most other pieces. Available anywhere we deliver.

Old Furniture Removal — $125/item

  • One-for-one: we remove what you're replacing (buy a sofa, we take your old sofa)
  • Items must be in safe, sanitary condition
  • Must be requested at time of purchase
  • Donatable pieces go to Portland families in need through our local charity partners

Delivery Timing

Most Portland-metro deliveries arrive in 2–4 days. Custom and special-order pieces follow the maker's build time; we'll call to schedule as soon as your order reaches our warehouse.

Store Pickup — Always Free

Pick up from our showroom at 439 SE Grand Ave, Portland. We'll reach out within 24–72 hours of processing your order to set up your pickup time — please wait for our confirmation before heading in.

Address Accuracy

Delivery quotes are based on the address provided. If the delivery address is inaccurate or changes, additional mileage is confirmed when we schedule your delivery.
