Front-door delivery

One delivery charge per order. Setup and removal are separate.

Mileage is estimated from our warehouse at 1011 SE Oak St, Portland, using one-way distance rounded to the nearest 5 miles. The estimate uses merchandise in your cart, with delivery services separate. Confirm eligibility with us when discounts or different shipping methods apply.

Outside Oregon or Washington? Call for a freight quote before ordering furniture. Freight availability, charges and service level need confirmation.

Wait for our confirmation before arriving. We’ll reach out within 24–72 hours of processing your order to arrange pickup. That contact is separate from when an ordered-in piece will be ready.

Front-door means drop-off. Room placement, assembly, packaging removal and old-furniture removal are additional services. We arrange a delivery date once your order is ready; buying online does not reserve a delivery window.

Plan delivery for your cart

Use your full delivery address and the pieces already in your cart. The estimate shows front-door delivery and services you’ve selected. Your cart stays as it is.

Review your cart, then call (503) 235-3454 with your delivery address and selected services for a quote.

Your total can include delivery, selected services and any confirmed access charges. Mileage may appear as a cart item. A checkout shipping label alone does not show every delivery charge. If checkout differs from your quote, call us before paying so we can confirm the amount.

A little help getting settled

White glove adds room placement, assembly or setup, testing reclining or lift functions, and removal of packaging and recycling. These service fees are added to front-door delivery. White glove is available wherever we deliver; confirm the service level for out-of-area freight.

After one large piece has white glove, additional large pieces qualify for the $99 bundle rate. A mattress stays $50 and does not start a bundle. Dining chairs stay $45 each. Cabinet beds always stay $279; they count toward the bundle rate for your other large pieces. Ask our team to confirm the matching services, quantities and bundle price before checkout; the online cart does not apply every bundle automatically.

Old furniture removal

Pricing varies by item. Current item-specific removal options are:

Sofa: $150
Sectional: $175
Recliner: $100
Dining set: $175
Bedroom set: $200

The general online removal add-on is $175 per item. Confirm the correct removal option and price with us at purchase. Other pieces need a quote.

Removal is one-for-one with the furniture you’re replacing, must be requested at purchase, and requires safe, sanitary items. Donatable pieces go to Portland families in need through our local charity partners.

How fees combine: a qualifying $1,500+ Oregon order within 20 miles has $0 front-door delivery. White glove for one sofa adds $158. Removal and any applicable access charges are extra.

From your order to your door

Choose your piece

Check the selected fabric, size and configuration. “Available to order” may mean it needs to come from the maker. A showroom display does not establish pickup or delivery readiness.
We confirm readiness

In-stock pieces still need preparation and a confirmed date. Custom and special-order pieces follow the maker’s current lead time. An arrival estimate is not a reserved delivery date.
Arrange your day

We contact you to schedule once your order reaches our warehouse and is ready. Most ready-to-deliver Portland-metro orders are estimated at 2–4 days; timing depends on availability and scheduling.

For Washington, our independent delivery partner contacts you directly to arrange the day and time window. Call us to confirm a specific piece’s stock, display location, lead time or pickup readiness.

Need it sooner?

Same-day delivery is $299 for eligible in-stock items ordered by 1 PM in our local delivery area. Call to confirm eligibility and the full charge before choosing it. We’ll call right away to confirm your window; if your order doesn’t qualify, we’ll let you know and refund the same-day fee.

Make room for delivery

Measure your piece and its route through doors, hallways, stairs and elevators. Clear a path and tell us about parking, long walkways, tight turns or heavy pieces when we schedule.

Ground floor and the first flight have no stair surcharge. The second flight adds $50; each flight after that adds $25. Long carries, door removal and extra crew can also add to your quote. These do not change front-door delivery into white-glove service.

Stairs, access & extra help

Second flight of stairs: $50. Each additional flight: $25.
Door removal: $50.
Long carry from the truck: over 100 ft $25; over 250 ft $50; over 500 ft $100. Confirm the applicable tier.
Heavy-item options: sleeper sofa or sectional over 4 pieces $50; marble table, concrete table or item over 300 lb $75. Confirm the matching option.
Extra crew when required: 3-person crew $100; 4-person crew $200.
Furniture rearranging $75; moving furniture to another room $50; rug placement $25; rug-pad installation $25.

Tell us what the delivery requires so we can confirm the services, quantities and combined charge. Do not assume that selecting one service includes another.

If your address or plans change

Delivery quotes use the address you provide. If that address is inaccurate or changes, additional mileage is confirmed when we schedule your delivery. Contact us with the correction and confirm any changes to services or timing. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
