How do online prices and offers work?

Product cards show the current price for the option named on the card. Compare-at amounts are catalog reference prices, not an additional discount. Separate promotions have their own qualifying products, dates and stacking rules.

How much does delivery cost?

Front-door delivery is free on orders of $1,500 or more within 20 miles of our Portland warehouse in Oregon. Washington, longer-distance and white-glove service have separate rates. Use the delivery estimator and confirm the total with our team if checkout differs from your quote.

What if it isn’t the right fit?

Custom, consignment and floor-model purchases are final sale. For eligible boxed items, tell us within 7 days of delivery or pickup, then return the unused piece in its original box to our Portland showroom for store credit. Read the policy for conditions and exceptions.
