Front-door delivery is free on orders of $1,500 or more within 20 miles of our Portland warehouse in Oregon. Washington, longer-distance and white-glove service have separate rates. Use the delivery estimator and confirm the total with our team if checkout differs from your quote.

Custom, consignment and floor-model purchases are final sale. For eligible boxed items, tell us within 7 days of delivery or pickup, then return the unused piece in its original box to our Portland showroom for store credit. Read the policy for conditions and exceptions.
