Small-scale, firmly built, and the right shade of caramel. The Telora ottoman keeps a strict linear silhouette on faux-wood accent legs, so it works as a footrest, as extra seating when people arrive, or as a soft surface for a tray. At 30 inches wide it fits an apartment living room that cannot spare the floor for anything larger. It sits with the rest of our ottomans.

Styling Tips

Caramel faux leather is the easy bridge between a fabric sofa and a wood coffee table, and it does not show wear the way a pale fabric would. Push the Telora under a console when it is not in use, or park it in front of a chair as a footrest. Look through our accent chairs for the chair it should pair with.

A firm cushion means it takes a tray without sinking, so it can double as a low table in a room too tight for a full coffee table. Layer a rug underneath to give it an edge to sit on; our rug collection has the low-pile options that work best under seating.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
