Shopping guide
Shop queen beds and bed frames in Portland: wood, upholstered, cane, and storage designs from Four Hands, LH Imports, Moe's, and our own line, with some available now and others available to order.
Platform beds in solid wood, upholstered frames with statement headboards, cane and rattan designs, and clean modern silhouettes. Queen is a popular size for good reason. It fits most Portland bedrooms while leaving room for nightstands on both sides.
The collection leans on real materials: hardwood platforms from LH Imports, designer frames from Four Hands and Moe's, and one-of-a-kind consigned beds that pass through regularly.
Match your frame with nightstands, a dresser, and bedding-adjacent decor, or browse all bedroom furniture and the full beds & headboards collection, which includes every size. Need a different size? See king beds.
We carry mattresses too. Check the frame's support type and height first, so the mattress and frame work together.
Headboard height and frame footprint decide whether a bedroom feels designed or crowded. Measure your room and mark the frame's footprint on the floor with tape. Locally owned since 2010.
Upholstered frames win on headboard comfort (reading in bed) and softness in the room; wood platforms win on durability, easier cleaning, and a lighter visual footprint. Cane and rattan split the difference with texture that doesn't add bulk. There's no wrong answer, only the one that fits how you actually use the bed.
A queen is 60×80 inches; plan about 2 feet of walkway on each open side. A 10×10 room handles a queen with two slim nightstands, but measure your own room to confirm.
Most platform designs don't. Slats or panels support the mattress directly. Check each listing for what the frame requires, and confirm it for the mattress you're pairing.
Choose a height that lets your feet rest flat on the floor when you sit on the edge. Remember that the mattress adds to the frame height.
Many platform frames include one. If yours does not, check that the frame has mounting points, or choose a freestanding or wall-mounted headboard.
