What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Arnold.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Styling Tips

Use Arnold where a home office, study, or work nook needs a chair that feels more like furniture than a task-chair appliance. Sonoma Chestnut pairs with walnut desks, black metal shelving, cream rugs, vintage art, brass lamps, and warm neutral rooms. The back view matters if the chair will sit in an open room or face a doorway, while the desk image helps show the scale around a work surface. Confirm seat height range, arm clearance under the desk, caster compatibility with the floor, room circulation, doorway width, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering.

Care

Cleaning: Dust regularly and wipe spills promptly with a clean dry cloth; avoid soaking seams or cushions
Protection: Keep leather or faux leather away from harsh cleaners, heat vents, sharp objects, and extended direct sun
Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, doorway clearance, stair turns, seating clearance, and delivery path before ordering
