Black iron, worked into a tall, slab-sided case with eight full-width drawers and a row of brass knobs for contrast. There is nothing about the Belmont trying to look like wood pretending to be something else: it is iron, finished flat black, and it reads that way from across the room. As dressers go, this is the one for a bedroom that wants a harder edge than the usual wood case piece.
At 48 inches tall and just under 20 inches deep, it holds a lot of storage in a narrow footprint, a good fit for a bedroom wall that cannot spare much floor space. Eight drawers is enough to consolidate two smaller dressers into one.

Styling Tips
The flat black iron pairs cleanly with warmer woods elsewhere in the room, a walnut or oak bed frame, a leather-topped nightstand pair, so the dresser reads as the one deliberate contrast rather than more metal than the room needs.
Because it is narrow and tall rather than long and low, it works against a wall a wood dresser would overhang, freeing floor space in a smaller bedroom. Round out the room from our beds collection and keep the rest of the metal in the room to hardware and lighting.
Care
Wipe spills right away with a dry, soft cloth, and dust regularly with a soft, damp cloth followed by a dry one. Avoid cleaners with acid, vinegar, lemon, or ammonia; the metal surface is not scratch- or heat-resistant, so keep sharp or hot items off it directly. Indoor use only. Free front-door delivery in the Portland area on orders $1,500+, or white-glove delivery available.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
