Sizes, materials and care

Same Blanc scent, saffron and suede, but poured into a different vessel this time: a white fluted, ribbed column with a flat round lid instead of a cloche. The vertical fluting catches light along its ridges even before the candle is lit, and the lid keeps it dust-free between burns. At 8 ounces of soy wax with roughly a 30 hour burn time, it is a generous size for a dresser, a bath ledge or a bedside table. See more in our home decor shop.

Styling

The fluted column shape looks at home on a set table, so it is a natural fit for the center of a dining table or a sideboard nearby, somewhere the vertical lines can stand next to a low centerpiece rather than get lost behind a tall one.

It also holds its own on a coffee table, where the fluted texture reads as sculptural even with the lid on. Saffron and suede stay warm without being heavy, so it suits a room you spend real time in rather than one saved for company.
