Top grain is the densest, most durable part of the hide, which is why these seats take years of daily use in stride. The Bowie pairs that aging-gracefully leather with an adjustable iron base spanning 27 to 32 inches, so the stool adapts to whatever counter, bar, or workbench life puts in front of it. Styling Tips

Brown leather warms the industrial formula — where black stools sharpen a kitchen, the vintage brown Bowie relaxes it, especially alongside butcher block, brass hardware, or open wood shelving. The leather settles in fastest where you use it most, developing the sheen that makes vintage pieces so sought after in the first place. Care:
