Styling Tips
Black objects give a vignette its anchor — set the Masquerade at the back of a styled cluster and arrange lighter ceramics and books in front of it. A single white or dried stem creates maximum contrast against the dark gloss. On open shelving, repeat the black elsewhere in the room — a picture frame, a side table base, a lamp — so the vase looks planned rather than parachuted in. It also pairs strikingly with its large polished-nickel counterpart on a sideboard.
Care:
Wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; buff gently to remove fingerprints from the polished finish. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. Dry the interior after use with fresh stems or water.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
