What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Cabalynn.

  1. I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

  2. They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Sizes, materials and care

Modern lodge meets farmhouse in the Cabalynn end table, where squared corner posts and a light brown glaze bring quiet architecture to the sofa side. The glaze settles into the hickory grain so no two tops read exactly alike, and the proportions stay generous without crowding a seating group. Browse the rest of our side tables to see how it sits alongside the collection.

Details

  • Dimensions: 24"W x 24"D x 24"H
  • Hardwood solids with hickory veneer and MDF substrates
  • Light brown glazed finish that deepens the natural wood grain
  • One storage drawer plus a lower open shelf for baskets and books
  • Drawer interior: 16"W x 14.13"D x 3.5"H; shelf opening 23.75"W x 22.75"D x 4.5"H
  • Sturdy 69 lb build with a full-width top for lamps and drinks
  • Assembly required, roughly 30 minutes
  • Signature Design by Ashley, item T974-2

Styling Tips

Pair two Cabalynn tables at either end of a long sofa for a symmetrical, grounded living room, or run one solo beside an armchair where the drawer can swallow remotes and chargers. The light brown glaze plays well with cream boucle, olive linen and warm leather, and it keeps company easily with the pieces in our living room furniture collection.

Top it with a ceramic lamp and a stack of books, then let the lower shelf carry a woven basket for throws. A textured rug underneath softens the squared silhouette; start with our rug collection and work outward from the wood tone.

Care
  • Dust with a soft, dry cloth; wipe spills right away with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately.
  • Skip ammonia, bleach and silicone-based polishes, which dull a glazed wood finish over time.
  • Use coasters and felt pads under lamps and decor to protect the surface from rings and scratches.
  • Keep out of prolonged direct sun and away from heat vents so the finish does not fade or check.

A few more to fall for.
