I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Cane and solid mango, with a little midcentury edge. The Carmel sideboard sets woven cane door fronts into a solid mango casing, so the surface has real texture instead of a flat panel front, and stands it on angular, gunmetal-toned iron legs for contrast. It is a sideboard that reads collected rather than matched.
At 72 inches wide and just 18 inches deep, it holds a long dining wall without eating into the room, and the raised iron legs keep it from looking heavy the way a floor-set case can. Behind the cane fronts, two doors give you closed storage for linens, serveware or anything else you want out of sight.
Cane brings warmth and pattern without adding color, so the Carmel works equally well as the wood note in an otherwise black-and-white dining room or as a companion to other natural materials. Set it against a run of dining chairs in a contrasting frame, whether that is black iron, rush or a painted finish, and let the cane fronts carry the texture.
Because it sits up on legs, it also works as a low console behind a sofa or entry bench if not used for dining storage. Keep the top styled light: a table lamp, a low bowl, and one piece of art hung just above are enough to let the cane weave read as the detail.
Dust the mango wood and cane with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid pressing directly on the cane weave, which can stretch or tear under weight. Wipe the iron legs dry if they pick up moisture. Indoor use only. Free front-door delivery in the Portland area on orders $1,500+, or white-glove delivery available.
