What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Casablanca.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

For this piece

It measures 63" x 17.7" x 34.2". Send us a photo of the room and the way in, and we’ll help you check the fit. The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

If it arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Floor models and custom orders are final.
Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Product: Casablanca Rustic Natural White Dresser

Placement Tips

Use a Casablanca rustic natural white dresser where the visible scale, finish, and function fit the room plan. For mirrors and florals, confirm actual dimensions, mounting or vase details, and whether the pictured arrangement or finish matches the item available to order. For chests, dressers, consoles, and chairs, confirm usable storage, drawer action, seat height, material care, finished-back expectations, and wall clearance. Measure doorways, stair turns, elevator access, hallway width, room footprint, and final placement before pickup or delivery.

Care

Cleaning: Use the care method confirmed by the showroom for the actual wood, glass, florals, fabric, veneer, metal, mirror, lacquer, finish, or hardware
Protection: Keep away from excess moisture, harsh cleaners, sharp objects, heat, and extended direct sunlight unless showroom care guidance says otherwise
Fit check: Confirm footprint, clearance, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, mounting needs, drawer clearance, and delivery path before ordering
