A small mustard floral repeats across natural cotton slub, and then the whole thing stops at a ruffle of plush velvet that catches the light differently from the cotton around it. It is the detail that keeps this from being another printed throw. Slub yarn gives the ground an uneven, hand-loomed texture rather than a flat printed sheet, so the pattern sits in the cloth instead of on top of it. Sixty by fifty inches is the useful size: long enough to actually cover someone on a sofa, short enough that it folds over an arm without pooling on the floor. Browse more pillows and throw blankets.
Details
- 60"L x 50"W
- Cotton slub ground with a printed floral repeat
- Mustard and green print on a natural, undyed-looking base
- Plush velvet ruffle finishing the short edges
- Reverses to a soft solid, so it reads two ways depending on how it is folded
- Slub weave gives an irregular, hand-loomed surface texture
- Lightweight enough for a summer evening, warm enough for October

Styling
The mustard is the loud part, so let it be the only loud thing on the sofa. On a deep green or charcoal upholstery it reads warm and slightly retro; on natural linen it disappears into the ground and only the ruffle registers. Fold it in thirds over one arm rather than draping it across the back, which keeps the velvet edge visible and stops the print from competing with a patterned rug.
It layers well with a plain woven throw in a heavier weight, one over the other on the same arm, and it works just as hard at the foot of a bed as it does in a living room. If the room already carries a floral in the curtains or a rug, put this one in the bedroom instead and keep a solid on the sofa. More in home decor, living room furniture and bedroom furniture.
Care
- Dry clean recommended — the velvet ruffle and the cotton ground shrink at different rates
- Spot clean small marks with cold water and a white cloth, blotting rather than rubbing
- Do not bleach and do not tumble dry
- Press the cotton on low if needed; keep the iron off the velvet ruffle entirely
- Store folded rather than hung so the ruffle keeps its loft
- Printed cotton will soften and fade slightly with age, which is the point

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
