What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the D-Bodhi.

  1. I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

  2. They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

  3. Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Stone that spent millions of years in the mountains and rivers of Central Java gets a second life here — hand-carved by Yogyakarta artisans into a clean cylinder vase, each one shaped start-to-finish in a single day. At nine inches, the medium size is the versatile one: substantial enough to anchor a shelf, small enough to travel around the house with the seasons. It headlines the sculptural end of our home decor collection. Few objects at this scale carry this much quiet authority on a shelf.

Features & Construction

  • Dimensions: 5" W x 5" D x 9" H
  • Hand-carved natural stone with a soft, rustic surface
  • Stone sourced from rivers in Central Java, Indonesia
  • Each vase carved in one day by a single artisan — every piece unique
  • Cylinder form suits dried stems, branches, or standing empty as sculpture
  • Made in Indonesia by LH Imports

Styling Tips

Dried botanicals are the natural partner — pampas, eucalyptus, or a few bare branches that let the stone's texture stay visible. Pair the medium with its large sibling at offset heights on a console or sideboard, and resist the urge to fill both. On a coffee table, one stem is plenty; the vase itself is doing most of the decorating. When the seasons turn, swap the stems and the vase keeps up without complaint.

Care:
Dust with a soft, dry cloth or brush. For fresh flowers, use a waterproof liner inside — natural stone is porous. Avoid acidic cleaners, and lift rather than slide it across delicate surfaces.
