Sizes, materials and care

A leaning ladder is the rare accent that's equal parts storage and story, and the D-Bodhi tells a good one — its teak was salvaged from the beams and panels of old buildings, so every rung carries decades of grain, nail marks, and patina no new lumber can fake. Lean it against a wall and it instantly organizes throws, towels, or magazines. Nearly flat against the wall, it brings height and interest to spots that could never take a shelf or cabinet. Styling Tips

Drape it loosely — two or three throws with texture beats seven rungs packed full. In the bathroom it holds towels with more charm than any bar; beside an accent chair it keeps the reading blanket within arm's reach. The weathered teak pairs especially well with the living room's softer layers, adding a rustic counterpoint to upholstery and rugs. Treat the rungs as a vertical gallery — clip on small prints, hang air plants, or leave a few bare.

Care:
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe spills promptly and avoid soaking the reclaimed teak. Lean securely against the wall on a level floor; anti-slip pads are a good idea on hard flooring.
