Styling Tips
The receding rows give this one real depth, so hang it where someone will stand in front of it — a hallway, or over a console table in the entryway. Its near-neutral palette makes it the easy piece in a mixed gallery wall: it will not fight a bolder abstract. In the living room, keep a lamp off the glass to avoid glare and let the white mat carry the light instead.
Care
Spray a soft cloth — never the piece — with a mild glass cleaner and wipe the glazing in one direction, keeping liquid away from the frame edge and the mat. Wipe the wood frame with a dry cloth only. Hang out of direct sunlight to protect the print and the linen mat, and anchor into a stud or use rated wall anchors.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
