Styling Tips
Horizontal art wants a horizontal anchor: hang it over a sideboard in the dining room, or center it above a sofa where the 60-inch width can span the seat. The terracotta urn is the color to chase — pick it up in a rust or clay throw pillow, and keep the surrounding decor quiet so the bouquet stays the loudest thing in the room.
Care
Dust the surface with a dry, soft cloth or a clean, dry artist’s brush. Never use water, glass cleaner or solvents on a linen surface. Hang out of direct sunlight so the pigments hold their depth, and avoid rooms with hard humidity swings such as an unvented bathroom. Anchor into a stud or use wall anchors rated above the framed weight — at this scale a single nail is not enough.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
