Styling

Group three or five in a tall urn by the entry and let them lean at different angles — even numbers read arranged, odd numbers read found. The bare twigs hold clip-on ornaments and paper stars through December, then go back to plain sculpture in January when everything else comes down. Height is the whole argument for this piece. A 31-inch branch clears the top of a sofa back and a console lamp, so it fills the vertical dead zone between furniture and ceiling that nothing else in a room reaches. In a narrow entry it does that without taking any floor, and unlike a real branch it will not drop bark on the runner in week three. If the vessel is opaque, add a handful of river stone at the bottom so the stems splay instead of collapsing to one side.

Care

• Wipe clean with a lint-free, dry cloth
• Dust the twigs with a soft brush or low-pressure air
• Bend gently at the joints to adjust — do not force the main trunk
• Store upright or laid flat — do not stack anything on the twigs
• Reshape by hand after unpacking; the finer forks flatten in the box

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
