Washington: delivery is charged separately at any order size. Your address and order determine the final rate.

Six drawers and a center cabinet give the Fiona real storage, but the raffia is what you notice first: black woven palm fiber across every front, textured enough to read as a material choice rather than decoration. Antique brass hardware keeps the hand on the drawer fronts simple. As a media console, it is built to hold components out of sight while the weave carries the visual interest.
At 72 inches wide and 27 inches tall, it comfortably supports a large television while leaving enough surface for speakers or décor on either side, and the solid mahogany base lifts the case off the floor for an open, less bulky footprint.

Styling Tips
The black raffia reads almost like a textile, so treat it the way you would a dark upholstered piece: pair it with lighter walls or a pale rug so the texture stays visible instead of disappearing into a dark room. Keep the top styling minimal, a single sculptural object and a stack of books is enough next to the television.
Round out the room from our sofas collection in a neutral weave, and let the antique brass hardware repeat in a lamp or picture frames nearby.
Care
Dust the raffia and mahogany with a dry, soft cloth, and wipe up spills right away rather than letting them sit on the woven fronts. Keep the piece out of direct sun to protect the finish from fading. Indoor use only. Free front-door delivery in the Portland area on orders $1,500+, or white-glove delivery available.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
