What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Form.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Form Round Dining Table is built around a pedestal that feels carved, stacked, and organic all at once. Solid acacia gives the table real wood presence, while the warm walnut finish keeps the look relaxed instead of formal. If you want a round table that encourages conversation from every seat, this belongs in the first pass of our round dining tables.

Details

Dimensions: 55" W x 55" D x 30" H
Material: Solid acacia wood construction
Finish: Warm Walnut - a medium wood tone with visible natural grain
Base: Curved panel pedestal base with a sculptural stacked look
Shape: Round top keeps sightlines open and seating flexible
Maker: By LH Imports

Styling Tips

Use the Form table in a square dining room, a breakfast nook, or the open space between kitchen and living room. Its pedestal base frees up leg room compared with corner legs, so it pairs well with woven side chairs, upholstered dining chairs, or a mixed-chair look. Add a low-profile rug from our rugs collection to frame the round shape without crowding the base.
