Sizes, materials and care

Some pieces work harder than their size suggests. The Gia side table is a 19.8-inch solid acacia cube, steel-brushed and finished, and it will spend its life being borrowed — sofa-side one month, bedside the next, plant stand by summer. Clean modern lines give it what LH calls a beach-house vibe; we call it the most flexible twenty inches in the room. Compare cubes and drums in our side table collection.

Styling Tips

Driftwood tones bridge palettes, so this cube can sidle up to nearly any sofa in the living room without a fight. Try a pair flanking the bed as minimalist nightstands, or park one under a window with a stack of books and a ceramic lamp from our lighting collection. Its flat top and square shoulders also make it a reliable perch for a sprawling pothos.

Care:
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and use coasters to prevent moisture rings on the acacia surface. Wipe spills promptly and dry immediately. Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve the driftwood finish.
