Styling
Load the wide base with crackers and the narrow top with a single wedge so the tree still reads as a tree. It doubles as a riser under a candle cluster or a tray for salt and pepper once the party is over, and the marble stays cold enough to keep butter and soft cheese firm. Pair it with the rest of our seasonal decor and home decor for the table.
Marble and wood in one board is a practical split, not just a graphic one. Keep the cold half for butter, soft cheese and anything that goes slack at room temperature, and put the dry things — crackers, nuts, dried fruit — on the acacia. The tree silhouette reads immediately from across a room, so it earns its place on an open counter rather than in a cabinet, and it takes candlelight well because the polished marble picks up the flame while the wood absorbs it.
Care
- Hand wash and dry immediately — do not soak or put in the dishwasher
- Wipe the marble with a mild soap; skip vinegar, citrus and abrasive cleaners
- Oil the acacia occasionally with food-grade mineral oil
- Store flat, not on edge, so the joint stays true
- Bring to room temperature before loading it with anything hot

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
