If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand.
