Texture can make a dining room feel welcoming without adding another pattern. The Hailey Dining Side Chair pairs an upholstered seat and back with a clean, angular wood frame, giving everyday meals a softer place to land. The open shape leaves the frame visible beneath the upholstery. Browse our dining chairs to compare the proportions with your table.

Styling
Check the space beneath your table apron as well as the height of the tabletop. Leave room for each chair to pull back without meeting a wall or sideboard, and consider how the back height looks from the adjoining room. The upholstered back gives the chair a finished appearance from either side of the table.
Palladian Green introduces color beside warm wood, while Beige keeps the combination quieter. Black details can pick up a dark pendant, picture frame or cabinet hardware elsewhere in the room. Use a simple centerpiece so the upholstery and wood have room to stand out. Find a coordinating dining table or explore our broader dining collection when planning the whole room.
Care
- Vacuum boucle versions gently with an upholstery attachment and blot spills promptly.
- For Casa Black PU upholstery, wipe gently with a soft cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents and saturation.
- Follow the maker's care label for the selected upholstery before using a cleaning product; test an inconspicuous area first.
- Keep the chair away from prolonged direct sunlight and concentrated heat. Lift it when moving it and check the floor glides periodically.
