Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Icon.

…we were initially looking for a consigned couch, but once we saw the Stantons we were sold. Ordered a custom sleeper and very happy with the process.

So comfy. Worth waiting 6 weeks for. Delivery was awesome, they didn’t ask me for anything and removed all wrappings/tape and plastic.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.
We recently bought a custom sectional and we love it! From the sales team (thanks Alicia!) to the delivery team, the service was top notch and we are thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sectional.

Placement Tips

Use the Stanton Icon custom sofa / sectional when a configurable Stanton seating program is a better fit than a fixed-stock sofa. Confirm whether the room needs a sofa, sofa bed, chaise, sectional, loveseat-scale layout, or other configuration before comparing dimensions. Review traffic flow, TV sightlines, table clearance, rug size, doorway path, and the way the selected fabric reads in the actual room light before ordering.

Care

Care: Use the care method confirmed for the selected Stanton upholstery fabric, cushion package, and leg finish
Protection: Keep upholstery away from excess moisture, harsh cleaners, sharp objects, and extended direct sunlight unless product care guidance says otherwise
Fit check: Measure the planned footprint, doorways, stair turns, hallway width, elevator access, and final placement before ordering
