Styling Tips
A square top loves symmetry — try two stacks of books, a low bowl, and a candle in a loose grid, then break it with one sculptural object. Center the Jasper on a large rug so all four sides land evenly, and give it a matching side table at the sofa arm for overflow. It pairs naturally with relaxed, low seating in the living room, where its rounded legs echo softer silhouettes. If the sofa sits deep, leave about eighteen inches of knee room to the table edge — close enough to reach the mug, far enough to walk through.
Care:
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly. Use coasters to prevent moisture rings on the oak surface. Avoid harsh cleaners, direct heat, and prolonged sunlight.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
