What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Renaissance.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Renaissance White Loom Side Chair is shown in White Rope with a woven seat and back, low lounge profile, and slim black metal frame.

Details

Dimensions: 28.5" W x 29" D x 29.5" H
Color/material: White Rope
Design: Woven side chair with black metal frame

Styling Tips

Use Renaissance where a room needs texture and lightness rather than a heavy upholstered chair. White Rope works with natural woods, black metal, indoor plants, terracotta, cream rugs, and modern coastal rooms. Confirm seat height, lounge depth, side-table spacing, sun exposure, cleaning expectations, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery or woven surfaces gently and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
Protection: Keep harsh cleaners, sharp objects, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from fabric and frames
Fit check: Confirm seat height, table clearance, doorway width, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering
