What neighbors say about finding the next one

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for this piece.

Although they did not carry what I was looking for initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find a personal text from Addie from the store about a month or so later, when a couch of similar description to the one I’d been hoping for came in!

Sizes, materials and care

This natural handmade coffee table is the kind of find you stumble on when you are not even looking: warm grain, honest proportions, and that low, lounge-ready stance mid-century rooms still crave. The finish lets the wood read as itself: sunlit, unpainted, and quietly bold rather than loud.

Built by hand rather than factory-stamped, it feels like solid wood through and through, with a straightforward rectangular top and a grounded 37 x 25 x 17 silhouette that sits close to the rug without crowding a sofa. Condition is excellent: the surface is clean, the joints feel tight, and it is ready to live with, not to restore. It is a strong match if you are hunting vintage coffee tables Portland shoppers actually use every day.

Park it between a pair of sculptural lounge chairs, under a stack of art books, or in a color-forward living room where the natural wood can cool down a jewel-tone sofa. Pair with a ceramic tray, a plant with real height, and lighting that grazes the grain so the handmade work shows.
