Sizes, materials and care

Sisal woven in two bands, natural over white, with loop handles worked into the rim. The two-tone break is what keeps them from looking like laundry baskets, and the handles mean they get moved rather than parked. Small 19 inch and large 23 inch, sold individually. More in home decor.

Styling

The large one takes blankets beside a sofa or a floor plant in its nursery pot; the small one handles firewood kindling, magazines or the shoes by a door. Baskets are the cheapest storage that does not look like storage.
