Styling Tips
Arms take a little more width, so allow a couple of extra inches between stools — two or three across a standard island keeps everyone comfortable. The bronze frame warms up white and grey kitchens instantly; echo it in cabinet pulls or a pendant from our lighting collection to tie the metal story together. Because it seats like a chair, it also works at a kitchen-height desk or the end of a counter as the spot where guests settle in while you cook, near the dining room.
Care:
Vacuum the upholstery with a soft attachment and blot spills immediately without rubbing. Wipe the bronze metal frame with a soft, dry cloth. Check and tighten frame hardware occasionally with regular use.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
