The Olympia pairs two materials that usually do not share a piece this large: a Carrara marble top with soft grey veining, set on an open, geometric base in smoked oak veneer. The structure reads architectural rather than decorative, with clean rectilinear lines instead of turned legs or a solid plinth. As a console table, it is substantial enough to anchor an entry or a long wall without feeling like a stretched dining table.
At 86 inches wide, it is sized for a real hallway or a sofa-back placement rather than a narrow entry, and the 19-inch depth keeps it from crowding foot traffic. The open base also means it does not visually block the wall behind it the way a solid-front console would.

Styling Tips
Keep the top mostly clear so the marble veining and the open base both stay visible: a low bowl or a single lamp is enough. Because the base is smoked oak rather than a lighter wood, it reads well against darker walls or a moody entryway where a pale wood base would disappear.
Hang art or a mirror above it rather than a gallery wall, since the piece already reads as a strong horizontal line. Pair it with a pair of our accent chairs if it is anchoring a living room instead of an entry.
Care
Marble is a natural, porous stone. Wipe with a soft, barely damp cloth, blot spills immediately since wine, citrus and oil will etch, and skip acidic or abrasive cleaners entirely. Dust the oak base dry and keep it out of extended direct sun. Indoor use only. Free front-door delivery in the Portland area on orders $1,500+, or white-glove delivery available.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
