Sizes, materials and care

All-weather wicker, woven tight over an aluminum frame, in a low round shape that reads as much like a side table as a seat. The Phoenix stool brings a found, handmade texture to a patio without the upkeep of natural rattan, and its compact footprint slots in wherever you need an extra perch or a place to set a drink. It is an outdoor piece built to move around the space as needed.

At 21 inches wide and just 13 inches tall, it works equally well pulled up as a stool or set flat as a small side table, and its light weight makes it easy to reposition rather than fixed. Two finishes, olive and vintage white, keep it flexible against most outdoor palettes.

Styling Tips

Because it is low and light, the Phoenix works best in a cluster rather than alone: set two or three around a fire pit or a low outdoor coffee table for flexible extra seating that does not commit to a fixed layout. Pair it with lounge seating from our outdoor furniture collection for a patio that can rearrange itself for a crowd.

The rounded wicker weave reads casual, so it sits comfortably next to teak, woven rope or painted metal without looking out of place. Keep a cushion nearby if used as a seat rather than a table, since the woven top has texture but no padding.

Care

Wipe the woven wicker down with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed, and rinse off dirt or pollen buildup with a hose. Cover or bring the stool indoors during heavy rain, snow or extended freezing weather to protect the weave. Outdoor-rated.
