Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Prestige.

…we were initially looking for a consigned couch, but once we saw the Stantons we were sold. Ordered a custom sleeper and very happy with the process.

So comfy. Worth waiting 6 weeks for. Delivery was awesome, they didn’t ask me for anything and removed all wrappings/tape and plastic.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.
We recently bought a custom sectional and we love it! From the sales team (thanks Alicia!) to the delivery team, the service was top notch and we are thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sectional.

Placement Tips

Use a Stanton Prestige custom sofa or sectional where its size, finish, color, and function fit the room plan. Confirm sofa versus sectional layout, fabric, cushion feel, leg style, seating depth, and delivery measurements before placing a custom order. For seating, confirm seat height, cushion feel, pullback space, arm clearance, and how the upholstery reads in actual room light. For case goods and tables, confirm drawer clearance, shelf use, surface height, nearby traffic flow, and whether the finish works with existing wood tones. Measure doorways, stair turns, hallway width, elevator access, room footprint, and final placement before pickup or delivery.

Care

Care: Use the care method confirmed for the actual wood, upholstery, fabric, metal, drawer hardware, cushion, or finish selected
Protection: Keep away from excess moisture, harsh cleaners, heat, sharp objects, and extended direct sunlight unless product care guidance says otherwise
Fit check: Measure room footprint, seat depth, table clearance, drawer swing, delivery path, hallway width, stair turns, and final placement
