What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Provence.

  1. I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

  2. They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Placement Tips

Use a Provence rustic natural antique white chest where its scale, finish, and function fit the room plan. For bedroom storage, confirm usable drawer space, finished-back expectations, drawer glide feel, wall clearance, and whether the pictured finish variation matches the item available to order. For dining chairs and accent tables, confirm seat height, seat depth, frame finish, surface diameter, leg clearance, and how the piece will be used day to day. Measure doorways, stair turns, hallway width, elevator access, room footprint, and final placement before pickup or delivery.

Care

  • Cleaning: Use the care method confirmed for the actual wood, veneer, fabric, faux leather, metal, finish, hardware, and upholstery
  • Protection: Keep away from excess moisture, harsh cleaners, sharp objects, heat, and extended direct sunlight unless product care guidance says otherwise
  • Fit check: Measure room footprint, drawer swing, chair pullback, table clearance, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path
