What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Ritchie.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

Placement Tips

Use the Stylus Ritchie custom sofa sectional when the room needs a specific functional accent or custom seating plan rather than a generic placeholder piece. Review nearby upholstery, rug tones, wall color, lighting temperature, traffic flow, storage access, table clearance, bench overhang, or sectional layout before purchase. For custom sofa and sectional programs, confirm the current fabric library, configuration options, dimensions, lead time, and Pacific Northwest delivery planning with the showroom.

Care

Care: Use the care method confirmed for this custom sofa sectional, especially for wood, upholstery, stone, metal, fabric, moving parts, or custom-order materials
Protection: Keep finishes away from excess moisture, harsh cleaners, sharp objects, and extended direct sunlight unless product care guidance says otherwise
Fit check: Measure the planned location, surrounding furniture, doorways, stair turns, hallway width, elevator access, and final placement before purchase
