What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Romy.

  1. I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

  2. They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

If an in-stock piece arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Pieces we order in for you, custom orders and floor models are final sale.

  3. Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Four Hands Romy Chair in Harness Black is a sling-style accent chair with a dark leather look, button-tufted seat and back, and slim metal frame.

Details

  • Brand: Four Hands
  • Dimensions: 27" W x 34" D x 31" H
  • Color/material: Harness Black
  • Design: Sling-style accent chair with slim frame

Styling Tips

Use Romy where a room needs a darker accent chair with a lighter frame than a fully upholstered lounge chair. Harness Black works with walnut tables, cream sofas, brass lighting, wool rugs, and modern rooms. The open frame also keeps the chair visually lighter beside heavier upholstery. Confirm seat comfort, lounge depth, side-table spacing, rug placement, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering.

Care

  • Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery gently and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
  • Protection: Keep harsh cleaners, sharp objects, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery and frames
  • Fit check: Confirm seat height, room clearance, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering
