Rosedale Nightstand

Oak veneer forms a clean, simple silhouette for two drawers, and each one is wrapped in tan top-grain leather instead of just finished wood, with iron hardware set against it for contrast. It is a small detail that changes how the whole piece reads: a straightforward case gets a tactile front instead of a flat veneer face. As nightstands go, the Rosedale is quiet from across the room and more interesting up close.

Two drawers give real storage rather than the single shallow drawer some nightstands settle for, and at 27.25 inches wide, there is enough surface on top for a lamp and a stack of books without either crowding the other.

Styling Tips

The leather drawer fronts pair naturally with other leather in the room, a leather-seated chair or headboard, so the material repeats without needing to match the wood tone exactly. Ebony reads darkest and most graphic; amber and yucca both lean warmer and lighter.
