Styling

Four of these in a two-by-two grid is the obvious move and it is obvious because it works — circles in a square arrangement read as a single graphic object from across the room. Keep the gaps tight, three inches or so, and centre the whole block rather than each individual piece.

They also break up a rectangular gallery wall better than anything else at this price: slot one round frame into a run of rectangles and the whole arrangement stops looking like a grid of picture frames. The black frame is the anchor, so they hold up against a dark wall as well as a white one, and the green inside picks up real plants without matching them exactly. • Dust the frame with a dry, soft cloth
• Spray glass cleaner onto the cloth, never directly onto the glass
• Avoid ammonia-based cleaners near the frame edge
• Hang out of direct sun — reproduction inks fade
• Round frames tip more easily than square ones, so use two hooks or a level bar if you can
• Matte black MDF will mark if scrubbed; wipe gently

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
