These are lantern-sized, not tree baubles. The set is three silhouettes (round, teardrop, double-gourd) in open seagrass over iron, handwoven in Haiti, with hanging loops. The largest is about 14 by 30 inches. Hang the set in a corner or a stairwell. More oversized objects live in home decor.

Styling

Hang all three together from a beam or in a stairwell so the scale reads against a plant or a bench. They are seasonal decor if you want them on a tree stand, and year-round if you treat them as hanging sculpture in a living room. Do not shrink the arrangement to a Christmas tree; the open weave needs air around it. We keep Kalalou on the floor at Grand when a shipment lands, and the SKU on this page is the same one the warehouse will receive. If you want to see scale in person, the Portland showroom is the place; staff can pull a stem, a garland, or a small object out of a carton so you are not guessing from a photo. Incoming stock stays at quantity zero until receiving, then it shows on hand and can move to the floor or go home with you. Ask for the SKU at the counter if you want to check a carton before it hits the floor.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
