Sizes, materials and care

Salt and pepper, dressed for the season. Two plump stoneware pumpkins — one round and squat, one tall and pear-shaped — sit side by side on a little fitted wood tray, glazed a soft ivory that breaks warm at the edges, each topped with a glossy amber stem. The reactive glaze means every set fires a little differently, so yours is genuinely yours. It is the fastest way to make a weeknight table feel like October.
