What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Strata.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Leather sofas tend to whisper heritage; the Strata speaks modern instead. Graphic horizontal linework runs the length of its structured frame, top grain leather in a warm latte tone keeps the look inviting rather than austere, and solid rubberwood legs ground the whole profile in natural warmth. Put it up against the rest of our sofa collection and the difference in attitude is obvious. This is a sofa for rooms with a point of view — the linework gives your eye something to follow, the way good architecture does.

Styling Tips

Latte leather is the rare neutral that improves with company — black metal, smoked glass, and dark-stained wood all sharpen it, so shop coffee tables in those directions. Resist matching leather pillows; textured wool or linen from our pillows and throws breaks up the hide beautifully. Give it a wall to itself and let the linework read from across the room. If the room leans mid-century, the Strata slides right in; if it leans industrial, it softens the edges. Keep window treatments simple so daylight can travel across those horizontal channels and show off the tailoring.

Care:
Dust the leather with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly. Condition the top grain leather once or twice a year with a quality leather conditioner. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent drying.
