Styling Tips
Because it carries three neutrals at once, the Three Tone is the connector pillow — place it between a dark sofa and lighter accent cushions and the palette suddenly reads intentional. On a bed, lean it in front of white euro shams to warm the whole arrangement. The leather strip echoes cognac chairs, wood tones, and brass lamps around the living room, making it one of the most forgiving accents in our home decor collection. Pair it with one textured solid and let the layers speak quietly. Rotate it seasonally with brighter covers elsewhere and it will still hold the arrangement together.
Care:
Spot clean only. Blot spills right away without rubbing and keep liquids off the leather strip. Fluff regularly to maintain loft.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
