Architectural shape meets the warmth of candlelight in this pair of rust-colored tapers. Instead of a traditional smooth cylinder, each candle is built from crisp stacked blocks that cast small planes of light and shadow across a dining table, mantel, or console. Styling tips

Use the pair symmetrically for a polished table setting, or stagger them among lower objects for a more collected mantel. Rust is especially strong beside walnut, aged brass, cream stoneware, and deep green foliage. For a tonal autumn display, add amber glass and linen; for year-round contrast, place the candles in black or pale ceramic holders. On a coffee table, display them unlit as compact sculptural objects. A nearby pool of soft lamplight keeps the arrangement dimensional after the candles are extinguished, while textured pillows and throws can repeat the warm color elsewhere in the room.

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Burn only in a stable taper holder on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep the wax clean and store the pair upright in a cool place away from direct sun.
