Styling Tips
Because the top disappears, the shelf below becomes the styling surface — a stack of large-format books and a low ceramic bowl read as if they are floating. Glass-and-iron pieces are the antidote to heavy seating, so pair the Venus with a deep, plush sofa and let it lighten the room's center. Echo the brass in a lamp or candlestick from our lighting collection, and add a soft rug beneath to warm the composition. Keep floor styling minimal beneath it — with a transparent top, whatever sits under the table is effectively on display too.
Care:
Clean the tempered glass top with glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth. Wipe the iron frame and brass-finish shelf with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners. Lift objects rather than dragging them across the glass.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
