What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Venus.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Glass-topped consoles let an entryway breathe — light passes through, the floor stays visible, and small spaces keep their sense of air. The Venus draws its lines in slim black iron, tops them with 10mm tempered glass, and slips a textured brass-toned shelf below for exactly the right amount of shine. Consider it alongside the rest of our console tables. Consoles like this earn their keep well beyond the entry — behind sofas, under stair landings, along dining walls that need a serving perch.

Features & Construction

Dimensions: 48" W x 16" D x 31" H
Minimalist black iron frame
10mm tempered glass top for durability and polish
Lower display shelf finished in a textured brass tone
Slim depth suits entries, hallways, and behind-sofa placement
Made in India by LH Imports
Available in: Black, Bronze

Styling Tips

Hang a generous piece from our mirror collection above it and the entry doubles its light instantly. Style the glass top sparingly — a table lamp from our lighting selection, a catch-all tray, one tall stem — and let the lower shelf hold the sculptural pieces. Behind a sofa, it becomes a slim service bar for lamps and drinks. Keep a soft basket beneath it for the things a glass shelf shouldn't advertise. At holiday time it earns a second job as the drinks station, since glass wipes clean of every ring.

Care:
Clean the tempered glass top with a standard glass cleaner and lint-free cloth. Wipe the iron frame and brass-tone shelf with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh solvents on the finishes.
