About the "Beach Life" Local Art by Nancy Helmsworth
Our notes on this piece, including its condition.
A pair of artworks can create a conversation across the wall. Beach Life by Nancy Helmsworth brings two different sizes together as a single decorative set, giving a room a personal focal point. Browse our art collection for pieces that can live with favorite furniture rather than making the whole room follow one theme.
Features & Construction
Beach Life artwork set by local artist Nancy Helmsworth.
Two pieces sold together.
One piece measures 24 × 24 inches.
The other measures 12 × 24 inches.
Multicolored artwork from the consignment collection.
Styling Tips
Try the pair in more than one arrangement before hanging it. Aligning a shared edge can make the different formats feel intentional, while a consistent gap keeps the relationship clear. Measure the whole group rather than treating the pieces as two unrelated pictures, especially over a console or dresser.
Keep the surrounding living room furniture simple enough that both works can be read from across the room. One nearby object from our home decor collection can echo a color without trying to duplicate the palette. In a hallway, check that the narrower piece does not end up hidden by an opening door or a tall lamp. Take a photograph of the proposed arrangement at eye level if it helps compare placements, then use hardware appropriate to each artwork’s actual weight and the wall construction.
Care
Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
Handle each piece separately by its frame or outer edges.
Dust exterior surfaces gently with a soft, dry cloth; do not spray cleaner onto the artwork.
Use separate, suitable hardware for each piece rather than balancing one against the other.
Leave clearance from furniture, doors, and objects that could scrape the image or frame.
