What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Willow.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Some chairs announce themselves; the Willow simply belongs — solid ash framing a seat of soft porcelain chenille in a versatile pale tone that works as hard in a modern room as a traditional one. Its refined-but-approachable posture makes it the easiest yes in the dining room. Try it against our upholstered dining chair collection. Chenille brings a touchable softness that flat weaves cannot match, and in this pale porcelain tone it makes the whole table feel gentler.

Styling Tips

Porcelain chenille is a soft neutral that flatters nearly every dining table finish — it lightens walnut, warms white oak, and calms black frames. Its slim 18-inch width lets you seat more guests along a bench-style table without crowding. Repeat the pale tone in a runner or ceramics, and let the rest of your dining room furniture carry the deeper tones. It also moonlights as a quietly good desk chair in rooms that double as offices. Its slim frame and pale seat keep sight lines open, a real gift in smaller rooms.

Care:
Vacuum the chenille regularly with an upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately without rubbing and spot clean with a mild, water-free cleaner. Keep out of direct sunlight and dust the ash frame with a dry cloth.
